Job Description
Perenti Group, via BTP, is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our Hazelmere Head Office team. You will own end-to-end fortnightly payroll for Australian employees, ensuring accurate processing, compliance and on-time payments across a complex workforce.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and managers, interpreting Enterprise Agreements and Up-to-date Awards, troubleshooting discrepancies, and driving payroll improvements in a large, national operation.
