We're currently looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our leadership team.
n
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of the venue, inspiring and developing the team, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
n

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve
n
Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do
n
Monitoring of wages, comps and wastages
n
Team member rostering in line with forecasting and budgeting
n
Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
n
Contribute to a culture of care and safety, ensuring it becomes a way of life within the business
n
Ensuring venue presentation is at a high standard at all times
n
Liaising with other departments on a regular basis




n
A high knowledge of the product produced in venue
n
n
What we are looking for:
n
n
Previous experience in a leadership role within premium dining or high-volume hospitality
n
A hands-on leader who leads by example and motivates their team
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
n
A passion for hospitality, excellent food, and creating memorable experiences
n
Current RSA and RMLV
n
