Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Management: Manage the flow of products through the polishing section and prevent delays.

Quality Assurance: Ensure a high quality finish is achieved on all polishing work.
n
Health & Safety: Maintain and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:



Previous experience as a metal polisher is essential.
n
Skills: A solid attention to detail, a passion for hands‐on work, and the ability to work autonomously, maintaining our values of honesty, integrity and reliability.
