Tasks and Responsibilities
n
n
Prospect and convert new business opportunities through outbound activity, referrals, and internal networks
n
Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, both new and existing
n




Conduct market rent appraisals and confidently present tailored property management solutions
n
Manage the full onboarding process from signed agreements through to a seamless handover to the Property Management team
n
Nurture and close leads through effective follow‐up and relationship management
n
Actively source new management through local area engagement and relationship building
n
n
Skills and Experience Required
n
n
A current QLD Certificate of Registration
n
Current drivers license & reliable car
n
Robust business development and relationship‐building capabilities
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Personable, adaptable, and professional in presentation
n
