10 years retail management experience in fine jewellery or luxury watches.

Qualified in diamond grading and jewellery design.

Proven track record leading successful boutique operations and delivering results.

Confident leadership across recruitment, training and performance management.

Proficient in stock management, merchandising and daily operations.
n
Solid financial acumen with experience managing sales targets and driving growth.
n
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to premium service standards.

Genuine passion for luxury retail, building client relationships and team development.

Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
