About the Role
n
Mandurah Baptist College is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and committed Assistant Dean (Secondary) to join our Secondary Leadership Team.
n
The Assistant Dean (Secondary) plays a significant leadership role in the effective operation of the College, working closely with the Secondary Deans (Students, Operations, and Teaching & Learning) to support the implementation of the College's vision and strategic priorities. Acting as a key link between the Principal, Head of Secondary, staff, students, and the wider College community, the successful applicant will foster positive relationships, promote a culture of excellence, and contribute to high standards of teaching, learning, and pastoral care.

The Assistant Dean (Secondary) is appointed for an initial one-year term. Following a successful performance review, the appointment may be extended for a further three-year contract.
