Job Description
Talesca is seeking a Construction Manager to lead day-to-day site delivery for HV substation and BESS projects across NSW. You will guide civil and electrical contractors, coordinate construction sequencing, outages and permits to ensure secure, efficient delivery.

Based in NSW, you will report to the NSW Construction Manager and manage multi-disciplinary teams on 132kV+ projects, with travel to Sydney, Newcastle and regional NSW as required.
