AT Truck & Trailers Repairs Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Epping, VIC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience servicing and repairing European and American truck makes, along with strong leadership and workshop management capabilities.

$80,000 – $100,000 per annum (based on experience)

Requirements:
n
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic (workshop management experience highly regarded)
n
Strong knowledge of European and American truck brands (e.g., Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, Kenworth, Scania)
n
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing engine, transmission, brake, and electrical systems
n
Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
n
Ability to manage workshop operations, including scheduling,



job allocation, and workflow efficiency (for Workshop staff)
n
Experience leading and mentoring a team of
mechanics/technicians
(for Workshop Staff)
n
Valid trade
certification/qualification
n
Current driver's licence (Multi heavy vehicle licence highly regarded)
n
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
