Our client is an established client-side project management consultancy with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex residential and accommodation developments across Sydney and wider NSW.

With a strong pipeline of new-build apartment, Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, hotel and mixed-use projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the delivery of major residential and accommodation developments from feasibility through to completion.
n
Working closely with the Directors, you'll lead consultant teams, manage client relationships and drive project outcomes across every phase of the project lifecycle.
n
You'll be trusted to lead projects independently, mentor junior team members and play a key role in maintaining the consultancy's reputation for exceptional project delivery.
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Lead new-build apartment, Build-to-Rent and accommodation developments.
n
Manage projects from feasibility, design and procurement through to construction and handover.
n
Act as the primary client contact throughout project delivery.
n
Coordinate consultants,



contractors and project stakeholders.
n
Manage budgets, programmes, procurement and project reporting.
n
Identify and manage project risks to achieve successful outcomes.
n
Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
n
Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
n
Support the Directors in maintaining best-in-class project delivery.
n

ABOUT YOU
n
You are an experienced client-side Senior Project Manager with a proven track record delivering major residential developments.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Exposure to Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, hotels or mixed-use projects.
n
Experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle.
n
Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management capability.
n
The ability to confidently lead multidisciplinary consultant teams.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Property, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
n
