We're seeking an experienced Tax & Business Services Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing team.
n
This is an opportunity to step into a genuine leadership role where you'll work closely with Partners, manage key client relationships, mentor and develop team members, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
n
Work closely with a partner and assist in the supervision and training of other team members
n
Review Financial Statements, Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements for Individuals, Partnerships, Trusts and Companies in a wide range of industries
n
Build and manage client relationships to provide support and create solutions for their business, taxation, and accounting requirements
n
Prepare, review, and analyse Management Financial Statements
n
Prepare and review year-end tax planning reports to present to clients
n
Mentor, coach and develop junior team members
n
About You
n




You are an experienced public practice accountant seeking a role that offers greater responsibility, meaningful client relationships and a clear pathway for long-term career growth.
n
You will bring:
n
n
6+ years' experience in public practice accounting
n
CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
n
Solid technical taxation knowledge across individuals, trusts, companies and groups
n
Experience reviewing compliance work and managing client portfolios
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Experience with Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office
n
A proactive mindset and genuine interest in advisory services and emerging technology
n
