Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced EWP Operator / Inventory Team Member to join our fast-paced distribution centre.
n This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident operating an EWP and enjoys working across inventory, stock control and warehouse operations.
n A current Yellow Card /EWP Licence are highly preferred for this position.
n About the RoleYou will work as part of the inventory team, supporting daily warehouse operations while regularly rotating across different inventory functions.
n Your responsibilities will include EWP operation, kitting, cycle counting, stock movements and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Safely operate EWP equipment to move and access stock
n
Complete kitting and inventory tasks
n
Conduct regular cycle counts
n
Investigate and report stock discrepancies
n
Pick, move and replenish stock as required
n
Assist with stock control and inventory accuracy
n
Maintain accurate records using Excel and warehouse systems
n
Support general warehouse and distribution centre operations
n
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
n
Rotate across different inventory functions as required
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Current Yellow Card – highly preferred
n
Current EWP Licence – highly preferred
n




Previous experience operating an EWP in a warehouse/DC environment
n
Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
n
Inventory experience preferred but not essential
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Good computer and Excel skills
n
Ability to work with inventory data and identify discrepancies
n
Physically capable of handling stock and lifting up to 20kg
n
Reliable, punctual and available to work 5 days per week
n
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Australian working rights
n
Willingness to undergo random drug and alcohol testing
n
