Job Description
Commercial Club (Albury) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Duty Manager to lead daily club operations and mentor a team of staff.
This role requires hands-on leadership, rostering oversight, and ensuring high standards of service and presentation in a busy venue.
The successful candidate will manage rosters, drive customer focus, and ensure compliance with WHS, RSA, RCG, AML/CTF and other regulations while maintaining quality service and staff development.
