Community Gateway is seeking a Senior Manager - Programs & Services Development to join our Leadership Team and provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of community programs.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive program performance, compliance and quality, and pursue new funding opportunities to strengthen existing services and develop recent initiatives across the Northern Rivers.
