About the Role
In this role, you will:
Provideaccurate, timely medical informationto healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders via several media sources (phone, emails, etc)
Handle and triagemedical enquiries, escalating complex cases when required
Conductliterature searches(PubMed/MEDLINE) and support evidence‐based responses
Deliverscientific and technical informationvia written and verbal channels
Supporttranslation activities(English Japanese)




Identify and reportadverse events and product complaintsin line with regulations
Participate inquality, compliance, and continuous learningactivities
Collaborate across teams and support ad‐hoc projects and client initiatives
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree inPharmacy or Life Sciences
Strong communication skills andattention to detail
Ability to learn quickly in afast‐paced consulting environment
Interest inpharmaceutical consulting and medical information
Professional or native proficiency inJapaneseis a strong advantage
Gain hands‐on experience withregional and global pharma clients
