About the role
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, team-focused workplace.
Key responsibilities
Picking, packing, and dispatching goods
Booking freight and coordinating logistics
Receiving and receipting deliveries
Investigating and resolving delivery discrepancies
Processing customer orders
Conducting monthly and annual stocktakes
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
Providing a high level of customer service
About you
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing (preferred)
Experience in parts interpreting would be advantageous
Current driver's licence and forklift licence (high reach experience advantageous)
Good computer skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
Ability to take ownership and follow processes
