An established and growing accounting and advisory firm in Western Sydney is looking for a Business Services Manager to step into a genuine leadership opportunity.
You'll take responsibility for leading a team, managing workflow and mentoring staff while working closely with a Director who is focused on business development and strategic client advisory.
The role has arisen due to the long-serving Manager moving into a commercial opportunity.
The firm acts for a broad range of privately owned businesses, with clients ranging from growing SMEs through to large groups requiring significant advisory and outsourced CFO support.
The prospect includes:
Leading an established team of accountants
Working with a quality client base across business services, tax and advisory




Exposure to complex advisory work and larger private businesses
Clear progression opportunities for someone with leadership ambitions
Flexible start and finish times, with hybrid working available after an initial onboarding period
About you:
Strong Business Services and tax background in public practice
Previous experience managing staff and client relationships
Commercial, approachable and confident dealing directly with business owners
