About The Role
The Continuous Improvement and Planning Lead plays a strategic leadership role in driving service excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency across the library network.

It oversees key functions including project coordination, service reviews, and trend analysis, while also managing staff rostering in a high-demand setting.
