Sales Administrator
As our business continues to grow, we're creating a brand-new chance for a Sales Support Officer to join our Retail Sales team.Reporting to the Head of Retail Sales and partnering closely with our National Account Managers, you'll play a key role in supporting major supermarket accounts through reporting, customer administration, promotional coordination and retailer portal management.Your work will help ensure our customers receive exceptional service while enabling the sales team to focus on growing the business.What you'll get stuck intoAs the go-to support for the Retail Sales team, you'll play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day administration behind our major retail accounts.
This will includePreparing reports, sales information and customerdocumentationManagingretailer portals, product information, pricing updates and promotionalsubmissionsCoordinatingcustomer requests, samples and accountadministrationLiaisingwith customers to respond to general enquiries and ensure requests are handled promptly andprofessionallySupportingNational Account Managers with the administration behind major customer accountsWorking closely with Operations, Finance and other internal teams to resolve issues and deliver great customer outcomesMaking sure deadlines are met, details are accurate,
