About the Role
As aGlove & Barrier Lineworker, you will be responsible for the construction and maintenance of electricity distribution networks, including live-line work using glove and barrier methods, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient power supply to residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Victoria.
Key duties include:
Construction and maintenance of overhead electricity networks
Performing live-line work using glove and barrier techniques in accordance with industry standards and procedures
Safe operation of plant, equipment, and tools
Working to established safety, quality, and productivity standards




Supporting the delivery of network reliability and customer outcomes
Working collaboratively as part of a high-performing field team
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Certificate III in ESI Distribution (Powerline)
Current Glove & Barrier accreditation and demonstrated experience performing live-line work
Experience in electricity distribution construction and maintenance
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Current High Risk Work Licence
Construction White Card
Ability to meet project productivity and quality targets
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Desirable
Forklift Licence
Dogging Ticket
Chainsaw Ticket
