About The Role

About You
Demonstrated ability to manage and influence upwards while building strong and credible relationships with senior leaders.
Extensive experience (10+ years preferred)



in an Executive Assistant or comparable senior administrative role supporting executives, boards, and/or leadership teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Intermediate Excel skills, with SharePoint experience highly regarded.
Power BI development experience, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights, is desirable.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across diverse teams and functions.
Experience within the mining, resources, manufacturing, or industrial sectors will be highly advantageous
