Your responsibilities will include:
n
n




Supporting Property Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfolios
n
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
n
Assisting with maintenance coordination and follow-up
n
Processing applications, lease renewals and tenancy documentation
n
Assisting with routine inspections and entry/exit processes
n
Following up arrears and tenancy matters
n
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate property records
n
Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
n
Learning the full end-to-end Property Management process
n
n
About you We're looking for someone who is motivated, organised and genuinely wants to build a career in Property Management.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Real Estate Certificate / Registration
n
Minimum 6 months' experience within real estate
n
Previous Property Management or Assistant Property Management experience
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
The confidence to deal with landlords, tenants and contractors professionally
n
Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturdayssistant Property Manager role with guaranteed career progression within 12 months, great support and a explicit path to your own portfolio.
