Veolia ANZ is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to join our network services team based in Rocklea, ****. As the Planner/Scheduler you will be responsible for optimising field operations, managing work systems, and providing crucial support to field crews.

What you'll be responsible for
n
Preparing daily schedules, dispatching jobs to field crews and monitoring progress and deadlines.
n
Ensuring schedules are planned, tracked and delivered on time.
n
Scheduling and coordinating property access, permits and notifications
n
Assisting with maintaining a Geographic Information System and other management systems.
n
Assisting with IT and administration support for the field crew.
n
Building and nurturing strong stakeholder relationships.
n
What you'll need to be successful
n
Proven track record in a similar role
n
Experience with ESRI ArcGIS or similar GIS software preferred
n
Experience with ClickMobile,



Salesforce Field Service Edge or similar software
n
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
n
