As the Store Support Manager ( Area Manager) you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation in Western Australia - Perth. This includes developing and leading your team to success, executing marketing campaigns and selling shoes! Ideally, you have experience in multi site management in a busy, fast paced environment to be considered.
n
Responsibilities will include:
n
n
Management of stores across the Western Australia location.
n
Lead and inspire a team of store managers to achieve sales targets, KPI's, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.
n
Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning, effective leadership, and innovative initiatives.
n
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and empowerment among store teams.
n




Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement action plans for improvement.
n
Create exceptional customer service and identify areas of chance to improve customer satisfaction.
n
Drive sales growth through effective company merchandising strategies and promotional activities.
n
Assist with team member recruitment, development, performance management and succession planning.
n
n
To be successful in this role you will have:
n
n
An experience as an Area/Cluster Management role 2+ years.
n
The ability to work autonomously, be organised, and be sales-focused.
n
Working with a large and diverse team can build a strong sales team culture.
n
A genuine hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style.
n
Experience in exceeding sales and other KPI targets.
n
Exceptional communication and motivational skills.
n
A passion for fashion footwear and delivering exceptional customer service.
n
The ability and willingness to travel across regions and interstate.
