Job Description

Read and interpret work instructions prior to commencing tasks
n
Fabricate sheet metal products in line with company workmanship standards
n
Operate Turret Punch, Brake Press and Guillotine machinery
n
Support other production areas as required, including Enclosure and Resistor Assembly
n
Conduct daily safety checks and routine equipment maintenance, maintaining records
n
Adhere to company quality systems and ISO standards (ISO **** & ISO *****)
n
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace cleanliness
n
Report safety, quality, or process risks to Team Leaders or Management
n
Complete tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Production Manager
n
Identify and suggest improvements to improve quality or reduce build times
n

About You
n

Trade-qualified or experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator
n
Proven experience operating Turret Punch and Brake Press machines
n
Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings
n
Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail
n
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable across production areas
n
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
n
