Currently it is seeking an experienced Asian Cook to join the team, who will be mainly responsible for preparing high quality Asian cuisine and providing food services to our customers.
n
Duties and responsibilities:
n

Measure and assemble ingredients for our menu items
n
Monitor cooking facilities and equipment
n
Prepare dishes according to our menu before and during serving time
n
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
n
Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitised
n
Maintain accurate food inventories




n
Check quality of ingredients
n
Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
n
Assist in updating and designing our menus regularly
n
May need to adjust and prepare food according to customers' dietary requirements
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
2 years' work experience in Asian cookery
n
Related qualifications preferred
n
Extensive knowledge of Asian culinary arts
n
Familiar with Food Safety Requirements
n
Excellent team work spirit
n
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
