Job Description
Noisy Beast is looking for an Account Director to lead a portfolio of client relationships and help shape the strategic and creative work that sits behind them. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the connection between client ambition and great creative execution, and who wants the scope to lead rather than simply manage.

The role

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts from planning through to delivery, partnering closely with our client, creative and production teams. You'll shape briefs grounded in a clear strategic point of view, guide clients through the thinking behind the work, and support the growth of the Account Executives and Account Managers around you.

What you'll be doing

Leading the strategic and day to day relationship for a portfolio of accounts.
n
Developing briefs with a clear strategic point of view before they reach creative.
n
Partnering with creative and production teams to shape and land integrated work.
n
Managing scopes, budgets and timelines, and flagging risks early.
n




Presenting ideas and strategic thinking to clients with clarity and confidence.
n
Supporting and mentoring Account Executives and Account Managers.
n
Identifying opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts.
n

What you'll bring

n
5+ years of agency experience, with a track record of leading accounts and driving strategic thinking.
n
Confidence developing and presenting strategic points of view to clients.
n
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and stay steady under pressure.
n
A collaborative, commercially aware approach to client work.
n
A genuine passion for outstanding work, great teams and great client relationships.
