Job Description Manhattan WMS Consultant / Retail Warehousing & Supply Chain Specialist (12+Years Experience) Position: Senior Manhattan WMS Consultant / Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Lead Qualified Summary

Highly experienced Retail Warehousing and Supply Chain professional with 12+ years ofexperience in designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing
WarehouseManagement
Systems (WMS), with extensive expertise in Manhattan WMS. Proven trackrecord of delivering large-scale warehouse transformation programs, distribution
centeroptimization,
inventory management, automation integration, and end-to-end supplychain solutions within retail and omnichannel environments.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the implementation, upgrade, configuration, and support of ManhattanWMS solutions across multiple distribution centers.
n




Analyze business requirements and translate them into warehouse managementsystem designs and functional specifications.
n
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
n
Collaborate with business stakeholders, warehouse managers, supply chainteams, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to improve operational efficiency.
n
Drive warehouse process optimization initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve service levels.
n
Support system integration between Manhattan WMS, ERP platforms (SAP,Oracle, JDA, Blue Yonder), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), andautomation solutions.
n
Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, integration testing, and
productiondeployment.
n
Monitor warehouse KPIs such as Inventory Accuracy, Order Fill Rate, On-TimeDelivery, Productivity, and Cycle Time.
n
Provide production support and resolve critical warehouse operational issueswithin defined SLAs.
n
Facilitate user training, change management, and knowledge transfer activities.
n
Manage offshore/onshore teams and coordinate with vendors, business users, and technical teams.
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma,



and industrybest practices.
