Senior Technology Risk & Controls Consultant

You'll work across complex and high-profile organisations, assessing technology controls, identifying risk and translating technical findings into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.

The Role
n
You will contribute to technology risk and assurance programs across a range of industries, including:
n
n
Reviewing and testing IT governance, risk and control frameworks
n
Delivering technology risk, internal assurance and controls engagements
n
Managing workstreams and supporting the delivery of larger client programs
n
Preparing clear reports, proposals and presentations for senior stakeholders
n
Building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
n
Supporting business development and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships
n
n
About You
n
You will bring three or more years' experience across technology risk, IT controls,



internal assurance, governance or a related advisory environment.
n
You will also have:
n
n
Experience designing, assessing or testing technology controls
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
The ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
n
Experience preparing high-quality reports and presentations
n
Confidence managing client relationships and delivering workstreams
n
Strong commercial awareness and an interest in developing broader client relationships
n
n
Experience working with SOC 1, SOC 2, ASAE **** or similar assurance frameworks will be highly regarded.
n
Exposure to APRA standards including CPS 234, CPS 230 or CPG 235 will also be viewed favourably.
n
Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar are advantageous but not essential.
