We have an opportunity for a CasualReservations Supervisorto join the team to support all Hunter Street Hospitality venues with guest enquiries.

What You'll Be Responsible For
n
Reporting to the Head of Reservations and based at our Head Office in The Rocks, you will:
n
n
Manage end-to-end restaurant bookings across high-volume brands
n
Deliver confident, warm, and polished guest communication via phone and email
n
Assist with training and development of reservation agents
n
Champion internal platforms such as Sevenrooms and Monday.com
n
Work with Reservations Manager on improving efficiency of systems and communication strategy with the operations team
n
Coordinate group bookings and prepare event orders in partnership with venue teams
n
Identify upselling opportunities and promote programming and special events
n




Partner closely with Operations to ensure a seamless pre-arrival journey
n

What We're Looking For
n
We are seeking someone who:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
n
Very strong administrative and IT skills, ability to trouble shoot technical problems
n
Robust written and spoken communication skills and verbal manner
n
An intimate knowledge of premium restaurants and a passion for the hospitality industry
n
A working knowledge of Sevenrooms is an advantage
n
Understands that every guest interaction contributes to brand reputation
n
Has meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative discipline
n
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and priorities
n
