We are seeking aWorkshop Managerto join our management team.
This position requires managing a dedicated team that supports the company's fast-pacedretail and trade sales, as well as theautomotive locksmithing&special; keying department.The workshop trades Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
The successful applicant will receive a4- to 6-month transition training program.
This is a salary position; the successful applicant will be offered anabove-award packagebased on their current experience & their future management position.
You will be employed under the company's current EBA, which allows forall contemporary-day entitlements.




Basic Requirements
Qld Security Licence
Experience in the Locksmithing Industry
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to train others
QLD Manual Driver's Licence
A Team Player willing to learn & implement new technology within the industry & company.
Willing & able to follow and implement company policies & procedures.
Technical Requirements
Experience with Promaster PM8 Master Keying Program
Experience with Cloning & Diagnostic Automotive Work
Experience in Retail Counter Sales
