Join the team in our metropolitanAdelaideoffice as aBusiness Engagement Team Lead, where you will manage a team of business analysts to strengthen communication channels between the IT department and other business units across DCP.
You will ensure IT solutions are aligned with organisational needs to inform business stakeholders throughout the IT development lifecycle.
This cooperative role will shape the department's performance outcomes through your valuable guidance and expertise.
Desirable Qualifications:
CBAP®, ITIL®, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, Project Management or associated certifications.
BABOK knowledge.
In this role, you will:
Oversee complex and specialist business functions through critical analysis and documentation
Mentor and coach a team of Senior Business Analysts to facilitate exemplary support to key stakeholders
Deeply understand the ever-evolving business needs of the organisation to establish sound IT solutions and services
Coordinate gathering sessions to inform relevant stakeholders of business requirements, project timelines and operational impacts
Implement strategic direction surrounding emerging technologies to improve IT solutions.
About you:
You will exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills to convey complex information and nuanced concepts
You have led and coached a high-functioning team of business analysts
You possess knowledge of integral project management and ICT frameworks
You are proficient in South Australian Government ICT policies and guidelines
You can critically analyse and conduct detailed research to attain business objectives.
