About the role
MLR Projects is seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join our dynamic team in Griffith, NSW.
This is afull-time positionthat offers the opportunity to lead and oversee construction projects from inception through to completion.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is pivotal to our success, as you will be the driving force behind project planning, execution, and stakeholder management across our portfolio of construction initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from pre-planning through to project handover
Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans whilst ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints
Manage project teams, including site staff, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and maintaining productivity
Monitor project progress against key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when required
Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through progress reports, meetings, and site updates
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence
Identify and mitigate project risks whilst maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work meets specifications
Facilitate effective resolution of conflicts and issues that arise during project delivery
What we're looking for
Previous experience in construction project management
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies,
safety standards, and building regulations
Excellent project planning and scheduling skills, with proficiency in project management software
Demonstrable experience managing teams and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organisational levels
Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Valid driver's licence and willingness to work in office in regional NSW
