About the role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiasticPractice Managerto lead our established dental practice and close-knit team.
Working alongside dentist and support staff, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while ensuring an exceptional patient experience and a positive, high-performing team environment.
Key responsibilities
Lead, support and develop our team
Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice
Maintain an exceptional patient experience
Work closely with our dentists and clinical team
Manage staff performance, development and training
Oversee practice systems, processes and compliance
Monitor practice performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage patient concerns and queries, treatment co-ordination and reception duties
Coordinate ordering, laboratories and general practice requirements
About you
We are looking for someone who:
Has proventeam leadership and management experience
Has a genuine passion forpatient experience
Is organised,



proactive and confident managing competing priorities
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is approachable, professional and solution-focused
Takes ownership and leads by example
Hasdental experience – highly advantageous
Previous Practice Management experience will be highly regarded
