The opportunity
As our Manager, Transformation Delivery and Operating Model, you will work with clients to shape, plan and deliver complex business and technology-enabled transformation.
You will help clients translatestrategicobjectivesintopractical operating models, process,serviceand change outcomes, bringing structure,paceand clarity across multi-disciplinary teams.
You will contribute across a range of transformation contexts, including operational improvement, service model design, capability uplift,processoptimization,technology-enabled change, programdeliveryand implementation planning.
You will work closely with client stakeholders and EY teams to define the problem, align the outcomes, managedeliveryand support sustainable adoption.
This role can be performed in Melbourne.
Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Your key responsibilities
Shape transformation outcomes: Work with clients to define the case for change, desired outcomes and practical delivery pathways acrossbusiness,operationsandtechnology-enabled transformation.
Operating model and service design: Support the design and implementation of operating models, service management frameworks, capability models, roles and accountabilities, and ways of working.
Processoptimisationandimprovement: Lead process diagnostics, current-state assessments, future-statedesignand improvement roadmapsthatidentifypracticalopportunities to improveeffectiveness,efficiencyandclient outcomes.
Program and workstream delivery: Plan,mobiliseand manage workstreams,includingdeliveryroadmaps,milestones, dependencies, risks,issuesand governance rhythms.
Change and adoption:



Develop change,communications,engagementandcapability uplift activities that support stakeholder alignment and adoption of newprocesses,servicesandways of working.
Stakeholder engagement:Facilitateworkshopsand working sessions with cross-functional business and technology teams, buildingtrustedrelationshipsandhelping senior stakeholders make informed decisions.
Technology-enabled transformation: Work with technology SMEs to understand digital, data, service management, AI and platform implications, ensuring technology decisions are connected to business outcomes and delivery realities.
Team leadership and quality: Manage teams to produce high-quality outputs, coach junior teammembersand contribute to aninclusive,collaborativeandoutcomes-focused team culture.
Skills And attributes for success
Experience delivering business transformation, operational improvement, operating model, process, service model,changeor implementation programs in complex environments.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems, assess current-state challenges, define future-stateoutcomesand develop practical implementation plans.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the abilitytofacilitateworkshops,influence business and technology teams, and present clearly to senior stakeholders.
Experience managing workstreams or small teams, including planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, and quality review of deliverables.
Understanding ofhow technology, digital, data,AIor service management platforms can enable business and operational transformation.
Ability to work across sectors and bring transferable methodstoregulated,infrastructure,government, energy, consumer,financialservicesorother complex client environments.
Strongcommunication,collaborationandleadership skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and support high-performing teams.
