Rebound Arena Port Kennedy is looking for energetic, friendly and reliableCasual Team Membersto join our team.
We are a busy indoor trampoline and family entertainment venue offering trampolines, soft play, birthday parties, group bookings, school events, After Dark sessions and more.

About the Role
As a Casual Team Member, you may work across different areas of the venue, including:
Customer service and front reception
Supervising trampoline and activity areas
Hosting birthday parties and group bookings
Café service and basic food preparation
Cleaning and maintaining presentation standards
Assisting with events and busy weekend sessions
Ensuring guests follow venue safety rules
Creating a welcoming, fun and positive experience for every guest
Full training will be provided.
What We're Looking For

Friendly, confident and approachable
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable communicating with children, parents and large groups
Able to work well as part of a team
Comfortable working in a busy and active environment
Willing to clean and help wherever required




Able to follow safety procedures and staff instructions
Available across weekends, school holidays and public holidays
Flexible with afternoon and evening availability
Previous experience incustomer service, hospitality, retail, recreation, children's activities or party hostingis an advantage, but not essential.
Availability
Applicants must have positive casual availability.
Our busiest periods include:
Fridays
Saturdays and Sundays
After-school periods
School holidays
Public holidays
Special events and functions
Weekend availability is particularly important.
Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to:
Hold or obtain a validWorking With Children Check
Hold or obtain provide first aid certificate
Food Safe Certificate
Follow all venue safety policies and procedures
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while at work
