Community Development Officer (Early Years and Children)

Location: Rockingham, WA
Permanent
Full-time (average of 38 hours per week)

We're looking for an energetic and strategicCommunityDevelopmentOfficer to lead initiatives that strengthen the EarlyYears, Children and Families sector and create lasting communityimpact.
What You'll Do:
Build Capacity Across the Sector -Empowerorganisations,service providers and community groupsthroughcollaboration,partnership development and sector-strengtheninginitiatives
Facilitate Networks & Partnerships - Bringstakeholders together, nurture meaningful relationships andlead networks that drive shared outcomes for children andfamilies
Deliver Engaging Community Events - Planand coordinate workshops, forums, community events andlearningopportunitiesthat connect, inspire and buildcommunityresilience
Lead Research & Gap Analysis - Identifyemerging needs, service gaps and trends using data, communityinsights and stakeholder engagement to inform localpriorities
Champion Advocacy Opportunities -Translate evidence into action by supporting advocacy effortsthat improve services, influence policy and strengthen outcomesfor families and children.

What We Are Offering:
A gross annual salary of $94,367 perannum
Option to work a 19-day month or a 9-day fortnight
Two additional paid days of leave per annum
12% superannuation with the prospect to co-contribute upto a matching 5%
