Working on all design phases for subdivisions, public parklands, shopping centres and some of the city's largest towers!

Residential subdivisionsin Northern NSW to Mackay.
Multiple projects underway including residential subdivisions 350+ lots.
Industrial subdivisionsbetween Burleigh and Brisbane.
Multiple projects underway including multiple 20ha subdivisions underway.
Public parklandsLike Greenheart Stage 1 Robina, Dixon Reserve Parklands, Firth Park Detailed masterplan, Burleigh headland recreation project (John Laws & Rudd Parks redevelopment).
Some of the biggest towersfor clients like Aria Property, Gurner, and Project Sunlight (8 stage tower project at Gold Coast Turf Club).
Google: Upper House (Aria), Sunlight Lifestyle Precinct (Aquis at Gold Coast Turf Club, La Pelago Budds Beach (Gurner), Coast Apartments Northciffe (Sammut Group).
Retail facilities, supermarkets and shopping centres.
Schools, University and civic projects.
Public Infrastructure,road upgrades, public utilities and government projects.
Working on all project phases from concept stage, DA, detailed design and construction.

What we are looking for
We're looking for an experienced Civil Drafter or junior 12d Designer to join our friendly and experienced Gold Coast team.
This is a great opportunity for either someone early in their career or someone established in their career, who is passionate about civil engineering and eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across a range of projects, contributing to both Development Application (DA) stage design and reporting, as well as detailed design.
Our projects span public parklands, residential subdivisions, high-rise developments, commercial and industrial precincts, and public infrastructure.
You'll be part of a collaborative and motivated team, working alongside experienced designers, drafters, and engineers who are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes and supporting each other's growth.

Qualifications & Experience
To be eligible for this position you should have the following qualifications:
Experience usingAutoCADfor civil engineering or drafting is required as a minimum requirement - creating design plans;
Exposure to12d Modelsoftware is preferable;
Experience in 12D model software for Designer role will attract higher salary remuneration;
Experience in civil engineering land development projects is preferred and increased experience will attract a higher salary;
Enthusiastic, driven, focused and reliable;
Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment;
