You'll be joining an established landscaping team maintaining high-end residential gardens across Brisbane. The standard of work is high, the team is close-knit, and for someone wanting to take the next step, there's a genuine prospect to progress into a Team Leader role.

What You'll Be Doing
n
This isn't a basic mow-and-go maintenance role.
n
The focus is on quality garden care and presentation.



You'll be working across established residential gardens where plant health, attention to detail and the finished result really matter.
n
Your work will include:
n

Maintaining high-end residential gardens
n
Pruning, hedging and detailed plant care
n
Mowing, edging and lawn maintenance
n
Planting, mulching and soil improvement
n
Weed and pest management
n
Seasonal garden maintenance and rejuvenation
n
Basic irrigation checks and maintenance
n
Working alongside an experienced and supportive crew
n
n
With different properties and gardens to work across, there's plenty of variety throughout the week.
n
Requirements
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone with solid hands-on garden or landscape maintenance experience who knows what good garden maintenance looks like and takes pride in delivering it.
n
You might already be operating at a senior level, or you could be an experienced gardener who's ready to take that next step.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Solid garden or landscape maintenance experience
n
Good horticultural and plant knowledge
n
Strong pruning, hedging and general garden-care skills
n
Confidence using garden maintenance tools and equipment
n
An eye for detail and presentation
n
A reliable and proactive approach
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
Current QLD driver's licence
n
Reliable transport to get to HQ
n
n
A horticultural qualification is highly regarded, although experience, attitude and the right team fit are just as important.
