The Clinical Lead works collaboratively with the Service Manager, MMHC staff and external stakeholders to support the delivery of person-centred, recovery-focused, evidence-based and innovative clinical and psychosocial services. This role provides clinical and psychosocial oversight, supports multidisciplinary practice, contributes to care planning and case review, and helps ensure high-quality outcomes for consumers, families and carers.

The service will operate seven days a week and candidates should be flexible and available to work on a rostered basis, including on weekends and outside of normal business hours, as needed.

Duties
n
n
Provide clinical leadership in a person-centred, recovery-focused mental health service.
n




Support and mentor a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care.
n
Work with consumers, families, carers and partners to improve outcomes in the Far West.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist, or accreditation with AASW as a Mental Health Social Worker.
n
Demonstrated skills and experience delivering holistic, recovery-oriented and evidence-based therapeutic services.
n
Demonstrated leadership and/or supervision experience in a multidisciplinary team, including clinical review, clinical pathways and oversight of team performance.
