About the Role
n
This is a strategic role responsible for identifying tender opportunities, coordinating internal stakeholders and producing compelling, compliant proposals that win business.
n
Working closely with our Business Development Managers, you will own the proposal process from opportunity identification through to successful submission.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Tender Opportunity Management
n
Monitor government procurement portals and private tender platforms for new opportunities.
n
Identify suitable tender opportunities aligned with BAPS Cleaning's strategic objectives.
n
Maintain a pipeline of upcoming tenders and submission deadlines.
n
Conduct bid/no-bid assessments with senior management.
n
Proposal Development
n
Lead the planning, coordination and preparation of government and corporate tender submissions.
n




Develop proposal strategies that clearly communicate BAPS Cleaning's strengths and competitive advantages.
n
Write compelling, customer-focused responses that address evaluation criteria.
n
Prepare executive summaries, methodologies, capability statements and supporting documentation.
n
Ensure all submissions are professionally presented, accurate and fully compliant.
n
Stakeholder Coordination
n
Work closely with Business Development Managers throughout the proposal process.
n
Coordinate input from Operations and senior leadership.
n
Manage proposal timelines and ensure stakeholders deliver information on schedule.
n
Facilitate tender planning and review meetings.
n
Continuous Improvement
n
Maintain proposal templates, case studies and tender content libraries.
n
Analyse tender outcomes and implement improvements to increase future win rates.
n
Improve proposal quality, efficiency and consistency across all submissions.
n
About You
n
You are an organised and strategic proposal qualified with exceptional writing and project coordination skills.
n
You will have:
n
Experience preparing successful government and corporate tenders.
n
Outstanding proposal writing and editing skills.
n
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
n
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
n
The ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
n
Experience with Australian government procurement processes is highly regarded.
