The Mission
n
As a Team Leader at our Ferragamo Crown Melbourne Boutique, you will:
n
n
Demonstrate strong product and brand knowledge, continually developing yourself and supporting the team through on-the-floor coaching and training to deliver exceptional customer experiences
n
Lead by example on the shop floor, driving sales performance through service excellence, storytelling and luxury selling techniques
n
Support the Store Manager in achieving individual, team and store targets
n
Act as a key point of support for the team, fostering a positive, motivated and high-performing environment
n




Ensure adherence to store and company policies, visual standards and operational procedures
n
Assist with day-to-day operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock support and reporting as required
n
Encourage clients to discover the Ferragamo heritage, creating an atmosphere of passion, pride and enthusiasm for the collections
n
n

About You
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
2+ years' experience in a senior sales, supervisory or team leader role within relevant luxury environments
n
A strong understanding of luxury selling, customer engagement and closing techniques
n
Open to working to 2-3 late night shifts as per the boutique requirements
n
Proven ability to lead by example and positively influence team performance
n
A strong understanding of the expectations and needs of the luxury customer
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
The ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and across different levels
n
Solid organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
n
Basic reporting and analytical skills to support store performance
n
n
