Senior National TA Mandate | Large Scale, Multi Segment Workplace
n
A highly regarded, large-scale building materials manufacturer is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to take full ownership of its national recruitment function.
n
This is a senior mandate for someone who has already proven themselves in complex, multi-segment environments and is ready to build and lead a modern, high-performing TA operating model, with genuine executive visibility and commercial accountability.

The Role
n
n
Direct and lead a segmented national recruitment operating model spanning frontline (blue-collar), professional and leadership hiring, each with its own service standards and governance
n
Build proactive talent pipelines and a compelling employer brand that reduce reliance on 3rd party providers
n
Take full ownership of a significant annual vendor and technology budget, driving measurable improvements in cost, speed and quality
n
Act as a trusted advisor to the ELT and General Managers on workforce strategy, market conditions and risk
n
Lead recruitment for the organisation's most strategic and senior appointments
n
Build and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists, establishing strong operating rhythms and a high-performance culture
n




Bring rigour to compliance and governance across the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and labour hire arrangements
n

About You
n
n
Deep, demonstrated experience leading Talent Acquisition or HR functions at a senior level, ideally within a large, complex, multi-segment organisation with blue and white collar workforces
n
A genuine track record of designing or transforming recruitment operating models and delivering measurable results
n
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing significant vendor relationships and budgets
n
A trusted advisor who can influence and earn credibility with executive stakeholders
n
Sound working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and labour hire governance
n
A background in industrial, manufacturing or construction environments is highly regarded
n
