What Our Client Is Looking For

Our client is seeking a Roller Operatorfor an immediate start on a short-term contract to support their Civil Construction Crews. The successful candidate must have:
n
n
MUST have A valid HR or MR Truck Licence
n
White Card / CI Card
n
Strong roller operating experience
n
Completed Certificate III in Civil Construction
n
Experience in civil or general construction
n
Two contactable references
n
Willingness to obtain a Police Check
n
A valid Employee Working With Children Check
n
Robust work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
n
Demonstrated capability and knowledge in civil construction
n
n
Role Focus




n
The primary focus of this role is roller machine operation within our client's civil construction crew. Duties will include:
n
n
Operating roller machinery for road and civil construction works
n
Assisting with compaction tasks to required standards
n
Supporting civil construction activities as needed
n
Basic labouring tasks when required (e.g., raking, shovelling, levelling, site clean-up)
n
Working effectively within a small team
n
Performing all duties safely and efficiently in line with company policies and OH&S; guidelines
n
n

Based at Torquay depot.
n
