Employment Term:Limited permanentpart time and casual positions available.

Roster:Please clearlystateyour availability for shifts on your application questionnaire. Morning shifts start at 6am and finish as late as 2:30pm. Afternoon shifts start at 2pm and finish as late as 7pm.

As aHome Services Officer, you will play a vital role in shaping each resident's daily experience of comfort,dignityand wellbeing. You will be part of the onsite hospitality team delivering high-quality dining,cleaningand laundry services within a safe,welcomingand person-centred environment.

You will be organised, motivated and take pride in delivering excellent service, supporting residents with the following:
n
Assistwithmeal preparation and service, ensuring meals are delivered safely and meet dietary requirements
n
Set up andmaintainclean, welcoming dining areasand support residents during mealtimes
n
Performcleaning and laundry duties,
includingmaintainingresident
rooms and shared areas and caring for clothing and linen
n
Engage with residents in awarm and respectful manner, creating a positive experience
n
Deliver ahigh standard of hygiene and safetyacross all tasks
n
Support the team withdaily operationsto ensure smooth service delivery
n
Role requirements:
n
Prior experience in hospitality, cleaning, foodservicesor similar environment
n
Demonstrated ability to provide person-centred customer service with warmth and respect
n
Strong
communicationskills




and ability to work collaboratively in a team
n
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
n
Understanding of or willingness to learn food safety,
infectioncontroland
cleaning practices
n
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
n
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
n
