Hunter Valley Staysis the No.1 Short Stay Accommodation and Property Management companyin the Hunter Valley and we are seeking new, qualified Reservation Agents to join ourenergetic and sales focusedteam.
n
The role will see you working 3 days a week ( 24 hrs a week ) for the first 4 to 6 weeks for training.
n
Then after the training period the position will be 35 to 40 hours a week as a casual position.
n

This role will suit an experienced reservations agent who is organised, detail oriented and independent professional .
n
Not only will this team member be able to deliver a 5-star customer experience when making a reservation or sale, they will ideally also be knowledgeable about our beautiful Hunter Valley Wine Country.
n
Initially, the position will commence with training of 3 x 8 hr shifts a week for 4 to 6 weeks. After training period, the candidate will be reviewed. The position will become casual of 35 to 40 hrs each week, including Sunday shifts 3 to 5 hours.

First point of contact for accommodation enquiries and bookings within a fast-paced environment and goal-oriented team
n
Provide superior customer service to a broad and diverse clientele of guests
n
Solid sales orientation, with the ability to inform, influence, and clearly communicate details on products/tariffs
n
End to end management of all aspects of the booking process for the guest and business
n
Strong communication skills including a professional phone manner and excellent written skills for emails are essential
n
Strong computer literacy (Experience with Mac highly desirable but not essential)
n
Experience with booking systems and third-party booking platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo/Stayz, Booking.com etc highly regarded but not essential
n
Be a true team player, who will go the extra mile to promote a premium brand
n
Knowledge of the Hunter Valley region and its offerings
n
Successful Applicant will need to complete the assistant real estate license on line at Hunter Valley Stays expense.
n
References will be checked for the successful candidate.
