The Client Liaison Co-Ordinator is required to perform the following duties from time to time:
n

Be responsible for all reception duties in the Southern Operations Centre
n
Be the first point of contact for all customer calls, email enquiries and showroom visits in the South
n
Process all online orders
n
Prepare quotes in WinHire for clients
n
Maintain customer accounts by recording account information into WinHire
n
Recommend potential hire products or services to clients
n
Contribute to team effort
n
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
n
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
n
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
n
Go the extra mile to engage customers
n
Greet customers warmly and ascertain hire requirements
n
Assist with placement of orders or changes to orders
n
Take payment information and other pertinent information to be recorded into our booking system
n




Sell products and services
n
Work with Client Services and Event Planning Manager to ensure customers needs are met
n
Develop floorplans as required
n
Daily receipting of customer payments
n
Assist in accounts activities as required
n
Maintain clean workspace at all times
n
Order office stationery, staff amenities or equipment as required
n
Work with Southern Operations Manager and State Operations Manager on the delivery of client services.
n
Essential
n
Proven customer support experience
n
Robust phone contact handling skills and active listening
n
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
n
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
n
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
n
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
n
n
Desired

Has experience with events and/or hospitality
