Job Description
AIEF was established in **** in response to community demand from Indigenous families who choose to enrol their children in boarding schools.
n
Bringing together the government and private sector, AIEF provides scholarship funding for Indigenous students to complete Year 12 or tertiary studies, with career support and mentoring to help them make a successful transition to employment.
n
Backed by some of Australia's most influential business, philanthropic, media and community leaders, AIEF has grown from one scholarship student in **** to now supporting over 1,500 young Indigenous people from over 400 communities in every state and territory of Australia.
n
AIEF has consistently achieved annual retention and Year 12 completion rates and career transition rates above 90% since funding its first scholarship in ****.

The Role
n
We are looking for a hands-on professional with experience in systems, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and automation. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of AIEF's CRM platform, acting as the central point of contact for user support, change requests and development work.Reporting to the General Manager - Innovation and Improvement, you will also work closely with teams across the organisation to translate business needs into practical solutions, and drive adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Act as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365, managing system access, security, user support and ongoing enhancements
n
Action CRM change requests, coordinate with external technology partners and support system development and optimisation
n
Provide training, guidance and technical support to staff, promoting effective use of systems and adoption of new processes
n
Enhance reporting frameworks, including system administration, reporting schedules, dashboards and business insights
n
Support improvement projects from planning through to implementation, working with stakeholders to identify needs, develop solutions and drive successful outcomes
n
Use tools such as Dynamics 365,
Power BI and Excel to improve business processes, reporting and operational efficiency
n
Support change management activities including communications, training, user acceptance testing (UAT) and stakeholder engagement
n
Develop and maintain user guides, training resources and process documentation to support organisational knowledge and capability
n
Collaborate across teams to deliver a consistent stakeholder experience and contribute to organisation-wide projects and initiatives
n
Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes and ways of working
n

Key Selection Criteria
n
n
2 to 5 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
n
Strong working knowledge of associated technologies including Office 365, Excel, Power BI and SharePoint
n
High standard of general IT, office systems skills and data analysis, particularly Microsoft Office applications
n
Ability to produce financial data reports using Excel
n
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business management, project management or IT systems or equivalent work experience
n
Experience in an end-user technical support role with a proven customer service orientation
n

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
n
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely

n
Experience working within Indigenous education is highly desirable
