We are looking for a Christmas Casual based in the Emporio Armani Chadstone Location, supporting our stores during the peak seasonal period.
n
ABOUT THE ROLE:
n
n
Genuinely welcome customers to the boutique and communicate effectively with them
n
Manage the sales process to best serve customers' needs and increase sales with the purpose of reaching the store's economic objectives
n
Take care of replenishment and product layout as per Visual Merchandising guidelines
n




Comply with the aesthetic parameters of the boutique
n
Recognise loyal customers and strengthening the customer base through CRM activities
n
Gain product knowledge, company information and history
n
n
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:
n
n
Have a minimum 1-2 year sales experience in a customer focused environment (Experience in Premium/Luxury Fashion is highly regarded)
n
Educational background in Fashion is highly regarded
n
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
n
Be fluent in English with secondary language skills desirable
n
Have excellent personal presentation
n
Be adaptable and willing to learn
n
Ability to build long lasting relationships with the clients
n
Able to work late nights shifts, weekends and public holidays
n
