We're looking for someone who wants to become one of the industry's best Site Managers and strive to lift the standards across all aspects of the construction industry.

Working directly alongside our Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of premium custom homes while gaining exposure to every aspect of running a successful residential building company.
n
Unlike traditional volume builders where Site Managers are often limited to construction supervision, this role provides a far broader and more rewarding career path. You'll be involved in procurement, commercial decision-making, client management, supplier relationships, systems development and business operations, giving you a level of experience that would normally take many years to achieve.

Taking the position of a key employee in the business, you'll play a significant role in shaping the future of Eliza Homes and the standards by which we operate.

Your Responsibilities
n
n
Manage multiple residential construction projects from site commencement through to handover.
n
Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers and subcontractors to maintain programme and quality.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
n
Schedule trades, deliveries and inspections to ensure projects remain on programme.
n
Prepare purchase orders and coordinate material procurement.
n
Monitor project costs, record actuals and assist with commercial management.
n




Conduct quality inspections and ensure every home meets Eliza Homes' exceptionally high standards.
n
Maintain safe, organised and professional construction sites.
n
Identify construction challenges early and implement practical solutions.
n
Work closely with the Director to improve systems, processes and overall business performance.
n
