Role : Clinical Head of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Full time | Hybrid | Sydney NSW Up to $120k + super + bonus + KM allowance + PD allowance

About the Role As the Clinical Head of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation , you will combine your advanced clinical skills with leadership, mentorship, and education to raise the bar in professional development across the organisation—and the wider industry.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Develop high-quality clinical education courses for the organisation's Professional Development Platform
n
Deliver expert content through face-to-face workshops
n
Provide 1:1 clinical mentorship and guidance to team members
n
Offer specialised clinical mentorship within your MSK expertise
n
Maintain a clinical caseload as a Physiotherapist (24 billable hours)
n




Collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to research-informed practice improvements
n
Earn commission on course sales and subscriptions you develop
n
This hybrid role allows you to be based across any of the organisation's facilities.
n

About You Essential:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' clinical experience
n
Beneficial: at least 2 years' experience working within the NDIS
n
Extensive musculoskeletal experience
n
Pursuing or holding APA Titled recognition (advantageous)
n
Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
Ability to independently advance your clinical skillset
n
Proven ability to meet KPIs
n
Bachelor or Postgraduate Entry Qualification in Physiotherapy
n
General AHPRA registration
n
Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
n
Ability to work flexibly and travel as required
n
